Principle at LAPUMALAW. Formerly General Counsel at Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home. He has been a practicing attorney since 1982. His areas of experience include arbitration, business transactions, copyrights, criminal law, employment law, estate planning, health law, immigration, insurance law, intellectual property, litigation, mediation, negotiations, and privacy law. He has served as a Judge Advocate for the United States Air Force, both on active duty and with Air National Guard for 21 years. In addition he has worked as an attorney advisor for the federal government and been in private practice. He has been a part-time University Professor for more than twenty-five (25) years. He is Retired Lieutenant Colonel and Air National Guard Staff Judge Advocate. His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Health from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Catholic University of America. In addition to English, he speaks fluent Italian and Spanish. He is a Certified Financial Planner. He has been a Cobalt Credit Union volunteer since 1999, and was elected to the Board of Directors in November, 2000. He currently serves on the CEO Succession Planning Committee and as Chairman of the Volunteer Governance Committee. He was re-elected in November, 2018, for a three-year term on the Cobalt Credit Union Board of Directors.
UNMC Director of Contracting, Procurement, and Auxiliary Services. Education ranges from engineering, to hematology, to finance, and contract law culminating in an MBA. Continually enrolls in online CUNA courses to advance understanding of credit unions and the vital role they serve in the community. Her volunteer service with Cobalt Credit Union started in 2019 as an Associate Director. She currently serves on the CEO Succession Planning Committee and the Volunteer Governance Committee. She was appointed in February, 2021 to serve as a member of the Cobalt Credit Union Board of Directors.
