How do I deposit checks through Video Banking?

Simply download our Video Banking app onto your phone and start depositing checks face-to-face with one of our Video Banking professionals. Download the app through the links above.

Is there a dollar limit or a limit on the number of checks I can deposit through Video Banking?

There isn’t a limit on how many checks or a limit on the deposit amounts. Checks deposited may be subject to check holds. A Cobalt representative will be able to tell you if there are going to be any holds on the checks you’re presenting for deposit, just as they would in a branch. It’s really business as usual.

What other transactions can I do using Video Banking?

You can open accounts, make deposits, and sign documents. Cobalt Video Banking is nearly the same as going into a branch but from the convenience of your own home or anywhere you are.You can connect with a Cobalt representative face-to-face to conduct all your banking needs.
